They're arcane spells only, but cure spells are on the Bard list. When you can afford them, Eternal Wands (Magic Item Compendium) are more cost-efficient in the long run.

Third Eye Clarity can negate negative status ailments (may be redundant with Iron Heart Surge, though), while the Ring of Anticipation lets you roll all initiative checks TWICE. Granted a lot of them are expensive, but you'd probably want to look into these items when you can afford them and have the sourcebooks: Third Eye Clarity (3,000 gp, Magic Item Compendium), Ring of Anticipation (6,000 gp, Drow of the Underdark), and the Spellblade weapon enhancement (6,000 gp, Player's Guide to Faerun, recommend adding Dispel Magic to it).
